October 30th - February 2ndJoin us for a social skills group that rewards players with level-ups, loot, epic swords, and tons of fun as we play Dungeons and Dragons!
This group, which is for adolescents and teens from middle school to high school, meets for 75 mins. weekly for 12 weeks. Members with create characters with special powers and abilities and engage in a team-based, structured role-playing game with other adventuring peers.
Facilitated by three clinicians (Drew Phillips, Emmy Hendrix, & Drew Dixon Karris) playing as the Dungeon Master and guide, group members get to solve complex problems, strategically plan their combat, and creatively use their characters’ unique abilities while being challenged to work together, or perish!
Listening skills, patience, turn-taking, flexibility, critical thinking, consequences, empathy, and communication will be exercised in an exciting and motivating way as their characters come face to face with rewards, consequences, dungeons, and (of course) dragons!
The fee for this group is $90 per sessionContact Drew Phillips, LMFT, for more information or to sign up.

NEW SESSION STARTING SOONOur weekly therapy groups are designed for neurodivergent youth—those with autism, and comorbid experiences like ADHD, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors—who are looking for connection, self-understanding, and tools for adaptive coping. These are not traditional "social skills training" groups. Instead, we emphasize connection, emotional well-being, and self-advocacy in a space where different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating are honored.
Each group blends structure and creativity through collaborative activities, discussion, and applied skill-building.
Participants explore topics like:
Understanding their brain
Building healthy friendships and setting boundaries
Navigating sensory overwhelm
Preparing for transitions
Coping with anxiety, compulsive urges, and rigid thinking
Learning to advocate for what they need—with confidence and clarity
This group offers a space to feel seen, respected, and supported.
Equity pricing available. Contact us to learn more.
An intake is required before starting the group. Individuals do not need to have a formal diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder to be eligible.

SESSIONS IN SPRING AND FALLParental relationships shape us deeply, and when those relationships are strained, painful, or harmful, the impact can echo for years. Many carry wounds from parenting that was emotionally unavailable, overly critical, or unable to offer responsive, attuned emotional care - leaving us with feelings of shame, anger, grief, and loneliness. If this sounds familiar, then join the Parental Hurt support group, a safe space to share, heal, and learn how to navigate the impact of Parental Hurt and difficult family relationships.
Please note, this group is available twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Please contact the facilitator, Ronda Monroe, for more information and for registration. Thank you.
