I am committed to providing an inclusive and safe space, where each person can explore and speak their truth without judgement, fear, or shame. We all deserve to have someone in our corner.

Life can be a tough journey at times, whether you’re a young person or moving toward middle adulthood. Throughout life our self-identity, relationships, and environment are continuously growing and evolving. My passion lies in supporting young people, their caregivers, and adults through this evolution.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in both Georgia and South Carolina, as well as a Certified Trauma Professional. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges linked to sexual and gender identity. While my approach is integrative overall, my therapeutic orientation is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I integrate techniques from DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Art Therapy. Incorporating art and other interactive techniques allows each person the opportunity to express themselves in a way that is best for them.

My background is working with older children, teens, their families, and adults in both psychiatric inpatient, community, and school-based settings. I also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician providing behavioral therapy for children with Autism and their caregivers. I often include the basic concepts of behavioral therapy to empower clients and families to break patterns of unhealthy behavior. I am currently under the direct clinical supervision of Laura Knox Furfari, LMFT and the clinical direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT.

Whether you are a young person, a caregiver of one, or an adult, I would be honored to support you in your journey. If you believe we may be a good fit, feel free to give me a call or write me an email.
