Therapy provides a great opportunity for self-discovery and growth. It is challenging. My job is to help you define goals for therapy that are consistent with your values, and to create a safe place for you to do the work.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor. I seek to provide a sensitive and affirming space where adult clients (18+) of all cultures, gender identities, and sexual orientations feel safe doing the work of individual therapy.

My approach is grounded in the integration of Adlerian, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral theories. I work with clients on a range of issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief, career counseling, relationship challenges, parenting, substance abuse, and men’s issues. My objective is to help clients find productive ways forward when they are stuck. Ultimately, my job is to work myself out of my clients’ lives with their goals met.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in business administration from The College of William& Mary. Prior to counseling, I worked as a marketing executive for 20 years. My corporate background has helped me connect with clients in professional careers as well as college students exploring their own professional journeys.
