Office Location: Atlanta

In a world where facing adversity is unavoidable, I help my clients to find their anchor to weather the storm.

I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar, and relationship difficulties.

My approach is guided by the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) model, a third wave cognitive behavioral way of working with clients that incorporates mindfulness. I believe that the foundation to healthy functioning starts with sleep, diet, exercise, and mindfulness. I work with clients on a combination of self-compassion, changing behavioral habits, and changing cognitive habits.

I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for premarital and marriage counseling, coaching, and education.

I earned my Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

I believe that therapy is a partnership where we work together to set goals and work towards them. This means that your goals are also my goals. I see Individuals, couples, and families under the direction of Meg McLeroy, LMFT and supervision of Joel Baker, LMFT.
