At Midtown Psychotherapy Associates, we strive to provide high-quality continuing education experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve developed the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.

Refunds are available before the workshop date as follows:

Full refunds minus a $25 processing fee are available if requested at least 7 calendar days prior to the workshop date.

To request a refund, email us at whitneympaadm@gmail.com with:

• Your full name

• Course title

• Date of enrollment

• Reason for the refund request

We will process all refunds within 10 business days of approval.

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
