As a systemic therapist, I believe the relationships that we are apart of, and the experiences that we have, influence our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a collaborative and client-centered therapeutic approach, and I believe each client has the strength and resolve to create the meaningful change they hope to see in their lives. I am dedicated to helping individuals see the good in themselves. I understand that life can be tough and overwhelming, and it is my goal to help clients develop the tools they need in order to feel confident navigating life’s difficult moments. I am committed to helping my clients identify and achieve their therapeutic goals, while providing a safe, judgment-free space where my clients feel supported and comfortable to express themselves.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as a whole. I have experience helping individuals who are struggling with mood disturbances such as anxiety and depression, as well as grief and loss. I will support those who hope to improve their self-esteem or heal from trauma, and I am passionate about helping individuals recover from eating disorders. I am intensively trained in The Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have completed all three levels of training through the Gottman institute. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, adults, and families that are navigating eating disorder recovery. I am a current member of the Atlanta Chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and regularly attend trainings within the field of eating disorders.
