As a marriage and family therapist, I believe that the various relationships we are a part of are a key component of our emotional health. By examining the larger relational systems you’re a part of, we can learn more about what makes you... you! Your problem does not have to define you! I am a strength-based, systemic therapist who works collaboratively with you to help you identify your goals and how we can get there – together.
My clients are often dealing with family conflict, identity development, grief, anxiety, depression, marital problems, substance abuse, parenting issues, & relationship difficulties. I also offer Professional, Relationship, and Life Coaching as a Certified Solution-Focused Coach.
I’m committed to providing you a safe, judgment-free environment where you are able to explore what you’re experiencing – the good, the bad, and everything in between. It is a privilege to be a part of your journey, and I aim to help you meet your mental, emotional, and behavioral goals through proactivity, collaboration, and compassion.
My clinical background includes providing individual, couple, and group therapy in homeless rehabilitation programs, youth grief camps, and university counseling centers. I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. I now work with individuals, couples, families, and groups under the direction and supervision of Meg McLeroy, LMFT.
If you’re considering therapy and think we could be a good fit, I encourage you to contact me today.
